YAMAHA SRV-20 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

This is the SRV20 (launched in Heisei 11), which took the world by storm. Since it comes with a trailer, you won’t have to worry about securing a mooring spot, and the burden of maintaining the hull is significantly reduced. Above all, I believe its greatest appeal is that, because it’s trailerable, you can operate it even in locations far from where you live. ◆Exterior: Although 27 years have passed since the boat was launched, the hull has been maintained in good condition. There were some minor scratches on the gunwales, but they were not noticeable enough to be a concern. The SRV logo sticker on the hull has noticeably peeled due to aging. If this bothers you, you may want to remove it or repaint the area. The seats in the helm and passenger areas have discolored stains. The owner reportedly tried to remove them but was unsuccessful, so they remain as is. You may need to hire a professional or use seat covers. Each seat is removable, and the space underneath serves as storage for small items. The windshields installed on the helm and passenger seats are slightly fogged, which somewhat affects visibility, but I did not feel they were yet at a level requiring replacement. The storage compartments are located in two places—between the bow and the console—and on the side of the passenger console. The space inside the aft deck cover houses the battery and gas tank. The fish hold is located between the helm and the passenger seat, in an ideal position accessible from both the bow and the aft deck. Since the boat is stored on land on a trailer, the hull is painted on an irregular basis. I have been informed that there is no history of repairs to the hull. Since the anchor winch is not used, the control switch has been stowed away behind the storage compartment under the starboard slot, and its operation has not been verified. *The owner has indicated that it is believed to be inoperable. Included: The sea anchor (rack anchor) stored in the passenger-side console, as well as mandatory safety equipment, tools, and other items, are included as accessories.The hull cover is also included. ◆ Navigation Instruments: The currently installed GPS fishfinder is malfunctioning. A used replacement unit has been purchased but not yet installed. The replacement unit (please see the image) will be provided as part of the sale, so installation will be required. ◆ Engine System: The engine is a Yamaha 2-stroke 70 PS, which is known for its reliability. It underwent an overhaul, oil change, and belt replacement in June Reiwa 8. Although the operating hours are unknown due to the absence of an hour meter, the owner reports no operational issues.Since annual usage is reportedly around 50 hours, the total operating hours since the boat was purchased used are estimated to be approximately 1,400 hours. In conjunction with the outboard motor overhaul, the steering cylinder and wires were replaced, and an outboard tilt switch was added to the helm. *As you can see in the photos, the owner has informed us that while the work performed by the contracted contractor on the fuel hose and the steering wire attachment points to the main unit is functionally sound, the appearance is not ideal. Included: 8 bottles of 2-stroke oil (1 L each) are included as accessories. ◆Boat Trailer: This is a boat trailer manufactured by Oki Trailers. It has a maximum load capacity of 950 kg, so a towing license is required. Although it was first registered in October Heisei 18 and has been in use for 28 years, it is in good condition as shown in the images, given that it is used only about five times a year. Additional rollers were installed as an option, and the buyer also added guide bars and a center guide themselves, making recovery (lifting the boat onto the trailer) smooth and easy. ★Important: The boat can be sold separately, but the boat trailer cannot be sold separately.
