Exterior
Since it was primarily used for longline fishing, it shows some wear and tear and signs of aging, but it’s a sturdy boat and is still fully serviceable.
Front Deck
There’s some wear on the non-slip surface and peeling paint, but as you’d expect from a Yamaha boat, it’s rock-solid. The hydraulic net winder and rollers are in good working order. It has a large-capacity fish hold, and the scuppers appear to be in good condition as well.
Bridge
The bridge appears to have been modified for better forward visibility. The passageways on both sides are wide, allowing easy access to the bow and stern.
Aft Deck
This area is also very solid. Although there is some rust on the hydraulic cylinders, they seem to be functioning fine for now. The spanker sail shows some wear.
Cockpit
The bridge has been modified, so the view ahead is clear and the boat is easy to maneuver. The FURUNO DR-100 radio was just installed. The autopilot and 3-dial remote control are working fine. The instruments—such as the water temperature gauge, fish finder, GPS, and radar—are older models. The rotating window on the left does not move. Also, the needle on the tachometer does not move.
Cabin

Since the boat has been used for longline fishing for many years, the engine has high hours on it, but there do not appear to be any specific issues.It’s usually operated at a leisurely speed of around 10 knots. However, since it hasn’t been used for fishing recently, it would be advisable to replace the oil, filters, and impeller before setting out. The main battery still seems to be in good condition, but the accessory battery is reportedly weak. If you’d like, I can refer you to an engineer.
