FUKUGAWA SHIPYARD FISHING VESSEL Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

This is a stable fishing boat. The deck is flat, making it well-suited for line fishing and use as a workboat. The engine is a Yanmar 4CX-ET with 190馬力. Although it had been a week since the engine was last started, it started right up without any issues. After that, there were no unusual noises or vibrations, and the engine sounded smooth and responsive.The hour meter read 1,055.2 hours. The boat reportedly underwent dry docking in April 2026, during which the hull was cleaned, painted, the zinc anodes were replaced, and propeller coating was applied.
Front
The deck is flat, which I think makes it easy for fishing and working. On the port side is a compact ice box designed to drain water from the bottom. It also features a spacious storage compartment. It looks like it can hold plenty of ropes, life jackets, oil cans, and more. The fish hold in front of the bridge is quite deep; I’m told it was mainly used to keep live horse mackerel and young yellowtail.
Bridge & Wheelhouse
The bridge looks great in blue. Wave guards are installed on both sides. There is a door on the port side deck. The rotating window operates smoothly. The navigation lights have been confirmed to be working. Solar panels are mounted on the roof.The wheelhouse is equipped with a FUSO GPS fish finder. We were told that the other equipment is not in use. The rudder responds well, and the steering wheel moves smoothly. The door beneath the steering wheel opened and closed smoothly.
Aft
The spacious aft deck is flat, making it ideal for fishing and other tasks.The port side is well-protected by a wave guard. The starboard bridge serves as a windbreak and is movable. The storage compartments and fish hold appear to be ample in size. A spanker is installed, though it was reportedly not in use. The awning is securely in place and should provide protection from the hot sun. Four rod holders can be set up.The boat was docked in April 2026, so both the hull and propeller are in good condition.
Engine
Yanmar 4CX-ET, 190馬力, with a cruising speed of 14ノット and a maximum speed of about 21ノット.Although it had been two weeks since the engine was last started, it fired up on the first try, and I didn’t notice any unusual noises or vibrations. From what I could see, there didn’t appear to be any noticeable damage, such as oil leaks or breakage. The owner also mentioned that the engine runs well and is reliable. He said there’s a good chance spare parts are still available.
