Appearance
The boat has been stored on marina land, so there is no noticeable severe damage. The hull has some fading and discoloration due to UV rays from normal storage, as well as minor bumps and scratches and scuffs. The luster could be revived with polishing. We have no experience painting the bottom of the boat. There are some scuffs and scratches from normal use, but no severe scratches or cracks. Yellowing can be removed by polishing.
The front deck
deck is gutted. The anchor winch worked. There was a crack at the base of a screw in the bow rail and the rail felt wobbly. The bowsprit is gutted. There are repair paint marks where something was removed and the finish is not good.
Bridge/2 station
Wipers work. Washers sounded motor but no water came out. The cabin door slides smoothly without snagging. The 2 station is a nice feature. The awning is gutted and the tent is clean. The navigational lights light up.
The aft deck
hatches open and close with no problems. The fish tank is also usable.
Cockpit
The windows have good visibility and the ceiling and side walls are clean. GPS fish finder is ok. hour meter was not visible. Owner's usage is only occasional rides, so hours of use should be low. The driver and cabin seats are clean, although they appear to be a few years old and have been reupholstered.
Volvo Penta AD31/SP with maintenance record
The engine is clean only for a boat stored on land. Consumables such as oil, impeller, belts, fuel filter, oil filter, etc. have been requested by the marina and changed regularly. The hour meter does not light up, so the hours of use are unknown, but based on the owner's usage, I don't think the engine runs very many hours. The batteries were replaced in March 2022 for the accessories and October 2024 for the mains.
Baubirth/Marine Toilet
The private marine toilet is clean. It is also in working order. The cushion fabric has fading due to age. The skylight hatch did not force open/close check because the packing rubber was sticking and would not open. All legal equipment is present.
Drives
The drives go up and down. It is usually kept lowered for marina storage only.
